Wearing a sunglasses doesn’t help to cover your face from paparazzi. But this does help, the anti-paparazzi glasses. It has two infrared LEDs fixed on the frames and the cables run to the earpieces and they were powered by two button batteries. When you put on these glasses, they press against the batteries making those two lights glow. It is undetected to human eye but bright enough to distort your face for security / paparazzi cameras. WHEN text messages began circulating late on Saturday evening that an aide of former deputy premier Anwar Ibrahim had lodged a police report accusing him of sodomy, Malaysians were stunned.
It brought back memories of 1998, when Datuk Seri Anwar faced exactly the same accusations. That sparked an upheaval which changed Malaysia’s politics in ways that were impossible to foresee then.
Now, it would appear that Malaysia has come back to exactly the same point; just like a decade ago, Mr Anwar now faces sensational accusations just when his star is rising and seems unstoppable.
Ten years ago, then prime minister Mahathir Mohamad sacked Mr Anwar, his deputy and heir apparent, on the grounds that he had sodomised several of his employees, who had reported the alleged deed.

Google search is coming to the PSP. Due to be released in PSP firmware 4.00….The Google search engine will be accessible under the XMB’s “Network” category through a new “Internet Search” icon. The new feature will deliver the same Google search results as when searching on http://www.google.com. The functionality also has an input history recall of up to 20 items for more efficient browsing. Working with Google to offer its superior search technology demonstrates SCEA’s commitment to further enhance the mobile entertainment experience on PSP system.

Inkless, wireless and prints a photo in 60 seconds
Here’s Polaroid PoGo, a pocket-sized and inkless digital printer able to print 2″x3″ borderless photos. You can either connect it wirelessly through Bluetooth or via USB/PictBridge, allowing you to print from both cell phones and digital cameras. The backsides of the smudge-proof and water resistant photos can be peeled off too, making the photos into stickers.

A few things to keep in mind before bidding on an iPhone 3G from eBay:
1. You can no longer buy an unactivated iPhone.
2. The biggest iPhone will only run you $299 (half of $600 going rate).
Acid Mods managed to put on a DualShock controller to work with the PSP console by adding a single 25 pin connector mounted in the right side of the PSP. Video after the break.
This is achieved completely through hardware modification and can be done with any firmware. Both the PSP and the controller have been modified internally to make this work, and a custom detachable cable was made to interface them.
Apple has confirmed the launch date of the 3G iPhone and that’s on June 9th at the WWDC Keynote. The new model will be available worldwide after the launched which previously thought was end of year. According to another source, this 3G iPhone will no longer be available in fixed price point, there will be new sales policies. Ready to get one?

Seven ports hub! I got 6 USB ports on my PC! Wow! Holy Sh*t, I can have 42 USB ports if I place 6 of this U2H-Z7 S hub from Elecom. Can a PC support so many ports? I was thinking of ports of ports. If I have 42 ports, I get 42 units hubs then it will be 42 x 7 and that is 294 ports, hahaha. You know sometime we like to talk crap, lol. Some computer keyboards harbour more harmful bacteria than a toilet seat, research has suggested. Consumer group Which? said tests at its London offices found equipment carrying bugs that could cause food poisoning. Out of 33 keyboards swabbed, four were regarded as a potential health hazard and one harboured five times more germs than one of the office’s toilet seats.
To clean your keyboard you should shake dust and food crumbs out of it and then wipe it with a soft, lightly dampened, lint-free cloth. They should also be disinfected with alcohol wipes.
Apple has upgraded their iMac with the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processors and the most powerful graphics ever available in an iMac. The upgrades also include faster processors with 6MB L2 cache, a faster 1066 MHz front-side bus across the entire line, and 2GB of memory standard in most models. The 24-inch iMac is now available with 3.06 GHz Intel processor and the high performance NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GS graphics.

Designer John Pszeniczny has come out with the fastest watch on Earth dubbed “F1/Carbon GMT”. This concept is inspired by the F1 race car world and made from carbon fiber, Swarovski crystal, rubber and metal. The watch comes with 18 identical rubies and tells the time in every one of the 18 cities on the 2008 F1 circuit. It also has a built in lap timer function and a stopwatch. Hmmm… this watch really reminds me of ODM watches.

If you’re a gadget/design person (like many industrial designers are, I’m sure), you’d certainly have come across Engadget and Gizmodo, the twin titans in the consumer gadgets arena. And if you’re a frequent visitor, you’d certainly also notice a less-than-friendly relationship between the two blogs, as in any good ol’ fashion rivalry, with each blog racing to bring the latest and juiciest in gadget-o-dom. But just how bad (good?) is it?
Wired has a rather comprehensive and interesting look behind the scenes, outlining how much the bloggers do to get an edge over the other. In a battle for online eyeballs lusting for gears, speed and exclusivity is indeed critical – many times it can really boil them to a matter of minutes for one blog to earn the bragging rights for being the first to cover major product releases. Much like high-school fraternity rivalry, perhaps.
Describing the ‘war strategy’ for Gizmodo during the Consumer Electronics Show (the SuperBowl equivalent in Gadget-dom) coverage, for instance:

As soon as the 2007 show ended, he made a 2008 reservation at the Hilton, the hotel closest to the convention center, to serve as Gizmodo’s war room and “infirmary” for bloggers needing a midday break. And, of course, Lam expects his staff to sacrifice for their art. “In Thai boxing, the trainers don’t allow their fighters to have sex for two weeks before a match,” whispers Lam, a onetime kickboxer, “and the trainers can tell if they have, because it makes them lazy.” He shakes his head and pokes an accusing finger at one of his bloggers.
